Shipping & Return

We at Lofty Optical Industries aim to deliver the products you purchased from us in excellent condition with good quality packaging and in the fastest time possible. We use reputed courier agencies only for shipping your orders.

Delivery Time:

  • You will get an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the order. Usually, it can take up to 3-15 working days for an order to be processed and shipped. For high-cylindric eyeglasses, lenses or unusual prescription, shipping can take up longer than the time mentioned above.

Delivery charges: Delivery is free for all orders.

  • Checking Order Status: Once your order is shipped, we shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact us by email or call to check the status of your order by providing the order reference number.
  • If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any other charges.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy which allows you to return any product purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the product – the day you receive the products is counted as Day 1. The request for return needs to be made within 14 days of receipt – once the 14 day period is over – unfortunately we cannot offer accept the return.

 has a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.

Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Replacement Procedure

  • 1. Obtain a Return Notice Email by contacting our Customer Service at +91 7397773298, live chat or eyecare@averdnovo.com.
  • 2. Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
  • 3. Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If at any time you would like to cancel an order, you can put a cancellation request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat. We shall call to understand the reason for cancellation. Once the order is canceled, we shall send you a confirmation email. If it prepaid orders, the full amount shall be refunded in any of the manners mentioned above.
